The Hometown View - Summit County Ohio

Pastor Jim Davis told the congregation at Charity Missionary Baptist Church if they had 125 people in attendance at a Sunday morning service, he would sing a song on top of the church roof. In Mid March, the church attendance for that Sunday service was over 125. On April 20, 2008, Pastor Jim Davis kept his word. Pastor Davis accompanied by Paul Payne, climbed up on the roof. Pastor Jim and Paul sang I Will Carry My Cross for You by Paul Overstreet for the congregation and the whole Copley area to see and hear. Charity Missionary Baptist Church is located at 1579 Jacoby Road, Copley, Ohio. Charity Missionary Baptist welcomes everyone in the community to come visit them on Sunday morning for Sunday school at 10am and evening services at 6pm. Wednesday evening Bible Study at 7pm.
